Was anybody else disappointed by Cody's ending?

I mean he breaks OUT of prison,and afterwards goes BACK to prison?!!!

I mean,hasn't he basically mad things worse for himself?

He should have just joined forces with Guy.THAT'S the ending I would have preferred!!!
