Demi Moore to replace SJP?

Demi Moore is set to replace Sarah Jessica Parker in the Weinstein Co. Pic “Wild Oats.”

Jessica Lange, Shirley MacClaine and Judd Hirsch are also on board, with Andy Tennant directing.

Story follows a woman who receives an unexpected windfall check from a computer glitch and goes on the run from the law.

Moore was last seen in “Very Good Girls.”

AND ... in even MORE casting news, not only has Demi Moore replaced Sarah Jessica Parker in the film, but apparently, both Alan Arkin, and Donald Southerland are out. They will be replaced by Judd Hirsch and Billy Connolly. I wonder what is going on with all of the changes? I'm happy either way, but still, it's a fairly peculiar ordeal overall.

is there a cat fight between ms lange & ms fonda over mr connolly. id pay $15 to see that.

Weird. Christina Ricci, Bill Pullman and Christopher Walken were also attached at one point.

Do most movies have this many changes? I guess they may, but I can't help but notice the replacements in this film b/c it is close to my heart w/Lange & MacLaine. I wish Walken was still attached!

Well, casting Demi Moore just ruins it for me. I will see it for Jessica but can't stand Demi.

She bothers you that bad?

Different tastes... I will see this movie precisely because Demi Moore IS in it. I love Jessica Lange, but Demi hits it out of the park for me.

I was on the film set for the film whilst on holiday. It was a beautiful blue arabesque scene. Very simple with flowing white nets :)

Jessica Lange is the only reason I need to see this film. Still, a pretty impressive cast.

I'd like to watch Demi again. She's been absent from the screen for quite some time.

I can't stand her. I guess she needs a paycheck to pay for her 'bath salts' and more plastic surgery.

I feel Demi has reached a point in her career where she can't pull off the "I'm just so pretty" roles anymore and is going to have to start acting for a living.
