...was that the theme tune to Teachers from Channel 4 playing, or did i just have it on my mind since Brian (Adrian Bower) was in that episode?

The song is called The Boy With The Arab Strap, by Belle & Sebastian. (Sebastien?) It was a full-fledged song before Teachers used it, but yes you recognized the right show it was attached to.

I enjoyed this but for the monkey but Sebasstie....song entitled Arab Strap.

I thought the same, which is why I came here to look. I guess if we both thought it, it must be.. nice little homage to Teachers.
