A breathe of fresh air in the Horror Genre

I just watched this movie last night. I have to say, being a seasoned horror fan and a bit of a music snob, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had all the elements of a B-horror/Slasher but didn't linger to long on the "slashings". I actually liked the songs even though at times the lyrics were a bit cheesy. I still can't get the final song out my head. Would love for them to release a soundtrack.

All in all, a very fun ride I would take again. Definitely will be recommending this one.

7/10

I'd agree on the ending. Myself and my friends were having a fine time, and I see the movie taking us on a 'Tyler Durden' experience, little of 'Fight Club', little bit 'Three', typical mind-screw. We see the figure standing on the ledge at the end, we see him flash between The Guy and himself, we see him pick up the hammer, I call out 'totally going with Fight Club, epic self-battle coming up now!' And nothing. Hammer to the back, The Guy falls in, then he jumps in, then we see the CD. My friend called it better, he kills everyone and gets all the rights to the music. Couldn't have been more 'Scooby Doo'. Unless they cut out the whole 'murder' thing. That wasn't too Scooby Doo of them. I'd say it wasn't awful, but the ending was a bit of a let down.

Twenty eight people rated this a ten. Can you believe that? I can't. This looked more like someone's attempt to show off their Emo song writing skills to a wider audience. The horror tag was just the bait to get people to watch.

Maybe there were 50 some people that worked on the film in total and of those 14 parents couldn't see past rating their children' work anything but a 10? Or maybe 28 people from the production came here and rated their own film a 10? No one else that I could think of that could possibly rate this piece of garbage a 10.

A breathe of fresh air, with a overall rating of 2.8 lmao. Whole IMDB ratings can be misconstrued a 2.8 rather speaks for itself.

I agree with the OP. I enjoyed it too. Yes it took awhile for the killings to happen. But I had fun with it till then. I was entertained. Yes the slasher part didn't last too long, it could have improved if they offed a few more people on screen. But it was something different. I can see how if you don't like the music the movie would be brutal to get through

THIS MOVIE IS ENOUGH TO MAKE ME WANT TO SLICE MY OWN WRISTS IF I HAD TO WATCH IT AGAIN.. SERIOUSLY IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE COMPELLED TO COMMIT SUICIDE AFTER WATCHING THIS TURD STAY AWAY!!!!!!

More like a breath of air pollution! It was a band singing bad song after bad song and then some sadistic killing. WHERE is the fresh air to which you're referring?

I don't think you could possibly be a "music snob" if you enjoyed the songs in this movie so much.
