Underrated Movie Sequels Ever? Your ideas

Which sequels from popular movie franchises were most underrated and overlooked???

My ideas:

Mission: Impossible 3
Mad Max 3
RoboCop 2
RoboCop 3
Alien 3
Lethal Weapon 3
Die Hard 2
Jurassic Park 3
House 2: The Second Story
House 4
Resident Evil: Apocalypse
Resident Evil: Extinction
Scream 3
Nightmare On Elm Street 4: The Dream Master
Predator 2
Moonraker
Rambo 2
Rambo 3
Blade: Trinity
X-Men: The Last Stand
Mortal Kombat 2

Most of them are my guilty-pleasures!

At least you didn't include this tripe. Most of the films you listed were ok. Was Aliens 3 the awful 'French' one? Jurassic Park 3 probably would've been good if it was the first film. Rambo 2/3 aren't really sequels to Firstblood, like Rocky/II vs. Rocky III/IV - totally different styles.
I think Die Hard 2 is pretty good, but that's mostly due to it featuring the best piece of music ever: Finlandia!
Godfather/II are equally good.
Rocky II was underrated because it's really Rocky (Part 2) - same goes for 2001 and 2010 - you need to watch them back to back.
Can't really be 100% on any sequel being better than the first, not even Empire Strikes Back, maybe? Airplane 2?
Video Game sequels are, almost invariably, better than the first.
