the match, his voice, etc (spoilers) - THIS IS A BAD MOVIE

What is the thing with the match?
What connection could the hot blond possibly do with the fact he lit a match?
Did he lit a match in front of her earlier in the movie? If so, wasn't she blind folded?

He clearly spoke on the phone IN FRONT OF HER SEVERAL TIMES, so she sure knew his voice, and then he shows up, talks a lot in front of her and neither she nor the dumb dude recognize his voice???????

He did not even care to check if the dumb ugly asian b#tch was dead ...

The story he told when he arrived at the house, totally senseless, and what was the whole point of going back and meeting the parents?

a very bad movie ...

I totally agree. Bad film.

However, I think that "asian" to whom you refer is actually the Caucasian actress Tatiana:

She's pretty without all that Goth makeup, of course.

Apparently you have an extremely low IQ or you're no older than 13 years old.

1. "ugly" dead girl was not Asian.

2. Even if you're blindfolded, you can still hear a match being lit, and even with the blindfold on, it will seem brighter even if your eyes are closed (especially in a dark room). It's very obvious that something has been lit up in front of you even if you're blindfolded, unless you are mentally retarded. When the match was lit at the end of the movie, she made a connection to it but was not completely sure of it so she did not speak up.

3. He never spoke in front of her.... He was always in another room when he spoke on the phone, and it was in a low voice. Watch the movie over, derp. You sound like a moron.

I kind of agree. But rather than she was "not completely sure" that he was the kidnapper, my opinion was more along the lines that the match being struck reminded her of the ordeal, but that she gave no serious consideration to him being the kidnapper.

I think he did it deliberately; he enjoyed reminding her of the nightmare and he enjoyed the feeling of superiority that it gave him to take such an unnecessary risk.

Are you sure, because when the girl shot that one guy, I thought he definitely argued with her in front of the others.

reply

Exactly, he spoke in front of them and going back to the parent's house was idiotic.

What happens when the dad finds out that mom wasn't calling for him and his son wasn't at home all night? Plus the son said he tried calling many times - the cops are not going to find a record of that.

Just by going there he placed himself under at least minimal investigation, and it's clear that the rich girl's thought process already started. Hed he stayed out, then maybe what was there would have been enough.
