I LOVED THIS! Kathleen Turner is SENSATIONAL!

I'm so glad I saw this movie in New York last night. Kathleen Turner is phenomenal and it's great to see her starring in a movie again.

I have seen all of Kathleen's recent Broadway plays; The Graduate, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, High, and The Third Story (which was off-Broadway), but it's wonderful to see her starring in her own movie once more.

I don't want to spoil the plot, but to the misled people who think the movie is "church-bashing", you are 100% WRONG!!! In the end, the catholic church turns out to be much more accepting than Kathleen's character had expected.

But the real message of the movie is the importance of love and family in your life. It really is a feel-good, life-affirming movie. GO SEE IT IMMEDIATELY!

100% agree with you. I just rented the film from redbox and I really enjoyed it. STarted off a smidge corny for me, but the movie developed into a good story and I enjoyed Kathleen Turner's character portrayel. It was a nice film.
