[Spoilers] So, is Fred's child from her marriage or is it with Laurence? Did she really have an abortion? And why Laurence did not know about this - he should have known she has a child from when he was stalking her. Maybe the answer is very obvious but I had a problem with my subtitles and I did not get some things.

I believe the child is from her marriage. Laurence has seen this child while stalking, he knows about him. He didn't know about the other child and abortion.

Yes, that's her husbands child. As I understood her girlfriend helped her find the doctor from a telephone book to schedule the abortion when she got pregnant with Laurnce's baby.
