Horrible movie, a mockery to the first two REC films..

i did not belive it at first when i was told that it was the same crew who made REC 1 & 2 who made REC 3. Turns out they were right. REC 3 was a disaster, not even compareable to the first two. The scene where everything goes fubar in the ballroom was the only good scene, it was all downhill from there. Theres no tension like the first movies had. I'm really dissapointed, but also confused to why you would kill off your own succesful series like that. Also note that the title is really stupid. REC 3 Genesis? Really? Well at least future genereations wont have to be exposed by this piece of filth since by just looking at the tile one will know that this is a PoS film to avoid at all cost.

This movie wouldn't have been good had it not been a REC movie, i'd have given it 4.5/10 But seing how they tried to make this REC, then i give it 2/10.

REC fans - DO NOT Watch this film, it will ruin the series for you!

You gotta understand that they were not trying to make another REC film as such, this one it's not about tension, it's more like a tongue-in-cheek zombie film with a few nice moments, although it remains within the REC world. It's a break from the main story, if you will, a bit of like special issues in comics.

I went to see thinking it'd be complete *beep* and I found myself laughing and simply enjoying it! I guess certain things get lost in translation though(like the bit with the guy they nickname Canon, or the main songs (classic Spanish folk))

The way I see it, you kill off a franchise if you repeat yourself; I'm glad that they did this without contradicting what R1&2 established and I'm looking forward to the next (serious) installment.

The Apartment was a whole lot better.
This wasn't all that great.

I didn't believe you at first, but then quickly checked...wtf...I'm just going to forget I saw this one.
