the only thing I didn't love about this movie

Is that is part of the Rec series. It didn't need to, and I think it let itself down trying to fit into that standard of film. It totally succeeded on its own. Storyline - great, gore - amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing.

The first two Rec movies are a completely different style of horror, and I love them too. Tying this one in seemed silly and non sensical.
