i admit i haven't seen the first film in a while but i thought she looks pretty much the same and still looked VERY beautiful.
shareI thought of the same thing, but then again REC4 was the first time we get to see her in HD picture, so we may see a little more details then we did (or should) from the shakey hand-held cam from REC1

I'd say she looks at least 7 years older.
