when does this actually come out

does anyone know when this will come out to either theaters or dvd? I read somewhere that it is premiering in New York but that is it. I can't find in any movie listings or anything.

reply

The official release is June 3, 2011, I believe.

will it be out everywhere and hopefully eventually on dvd? I haven't heard anything about it yet coming out in ohio only in New York

reply

Well, given that it's June 4th, I think the official premiere has been pushed. I think I heard July. When it does come out I think it is going to be mostly New York and Los Angeles, then potentially some smaller artsy theaters if it goes wider. I don't know about Ohio but according to Mark Polish, it should be on iTunes and possibly Hulu and Video on Demand services.

I'm sure it will go to DVD at some point but now it's just a matter of when.

If you are in USA, check your cable - since yesterday FLO is available in ON DEMAND channels. Enjoy watching, it's such a beautiful movie! :) I was lucky to see it TWICE during Film Festival in Zlin (Czech Republic), can't believe today it's already a MONTH since I saw it for the first time and met wonderful Stana Katic :)

I watched this movie on Pay Per View. Two complaints. One, the film filled only half of my TV screen...in black and white. Hard to see what was going on. Two: I found it almost impossible to hear what they were saying to each other, so became confused as to what was going on.

A pity, because it looks as though it was a beautiful love affair...with an ending I didn't really understand.

It looks like the movie will be on iTunes (likely worldwide) on July 12th. It should be available for purchase and rental. At least it should be since that's the norm.

The music is already available as well.

I just noticed it is available through AMAZON(.com) both in streaming (rent or buy), and their (apparently exclusive) Made On Demand, using DVD-R.

This was very recent. Hope this helps you.
