Got a question about dutch/english subtitles for the TV show

Do the dutch DVDs of the TV show have Dutch subtitles?
Or does anyone know if there are English subtitles made by fans for the original TV show?

I speak German, but I would like to see the first 2 seasons (and season 3) in Dutch, with English or German subtitles if possible.

Can anyone help?

The Dutch dvd has Dutch and English subtitles only.
