Great VFX. No Oscar nomination?

Say what you want about the movie but the visual effects in Wrath of the Titans are amazing. The Chimera, Kronos and the underworld looked excellent. some of the best VFX I've seen last year. That's why I was rather surprised it wasn't nominated for a single technical Academy Award.
