Knowing the twist within about 30(?) minutes sort of ruined the movie.

This movie will always be forgettable for that reason. It really should have been revealed at the end.

Except there were 2 twists in the film, and the second was not revealed until the last 5 minutes of the film.

Wait was the second?

That the young agent was the double...

I actually figured it out during the opening credits. I noticed (but, of course, didn't realize until a few minute into the film) that in the opening credits the only 2 actors whose names are displayed with a reverse "R" (although most of the actors actually have an R in their name!) indicating a Cyrillic Russian letter, are Richard Gere and Topher Grace. Also, Grace's name is animated and formed out of Gere's name. That was a visual connection that stayed with me as the characters unfurled. I was sure their was a Russian connection with Grace's character, too! I thought that was really creative. I had a professor once who told the class that most Hollywood movies could be figured out in during the credits and the next 20 mins. I have found that to be sadly true for most films, indeed. But, I do actually like it when then a director gives it away so stealthily that so few notice :)
