It pretends to be in one shot, but as the Trivia points out, the camera used isn't capable of that. If you watch carefully, you'll see the places where the screen happens to be all black (or, during the Polaroids, all white), which is where they did the cuts. Hitchcock's Rope used a similar strategy.
