It took me a little while to figure out what that stuff was too but then I realized it was the bozo plant.
I rewound that scene multiple times trying to figure it out and came to the conclusion that it was poo. A plant? I will have to give it another look because I could've sworn she was spraying him like a cat.
It kind of drew me in to the weirdness of the whole movie a bit more.
They explained that they're chewing on Bozo leaf, as it turns its user (chewer) into a Bozo. Watch the scene again and you can see the guy fill his mouth full of it before he cums in her and loses control of what's in his mouth and testes simultaneously.
I think it (bozo leaf) acts as a reward system stimulant and aphrodisiac, simultaneously. Possibly similar to how people get freaky on meth.

That is right. He was not her husband, he was her brother-in-law who was eating leaves. Later on she also mentioned that she was raped by several men so couldn't say whose daughter her daughter was exactly.
