It's a collection of newsreels and privately filmed footage of Ceausescu from the death of Gheorghiu-Dej, the previous Romanian leader, in 1965 to Ceausescu's trial. Interesting for the student of history it will have small appeal to anyone else. (There is no narration at all, apart from that in the newsreels.)
