2nd film where the star has a distinctive, kind of annoying voice

In the trailers for this is Harriet the Spy I noticed there's a line that the star says that has that distinctive sound to it. It's actually kind of annoying after hearing it so often. In some weird way the line brought out the distinctive/annoying quality in their voice.


In Harriet it was the line "Things aren't always quite as they seem" or something like that.

In this it was "I'll have the cutest clothes in school"

The way they said those 2 lines in the trailers just drove me up the wall. But I don't mind their voices normally it was just those two lines.
