Actually, the correct meaning is not exactly joy or happiness, although happiness and also "luck", are more literal translations. The meaning is more "My Love". The exact expression of the title as it used in Russian, refers to a gentle nickname of one's lover, sort of like when married couple call each other "my sunshine", or "my love". There is no other usage of such expression when these two words are placed in such order, which in English is "happiness mine". If the person really means "my joy/happiness/luck", the words will be placed reversed as it is normally used. But in the title the words are reversed, and more correct translation should be "Joy/Happiness of Mine".
Such composition of words is generally used by people that care one about another, either lovers or parents can tell this to their children. And occasionally it can be used with sarcasm. Which is exactly what this movie is. By using such expression, familiar to all Russian speakers, the movie uses it with sarcasm to indicate exactly the opposite of love - hatred, misanthropy and abuse towards the Russia and its general population. This movie emphasizes the ugliness, the betrayal, the lack of decency, the lack of any value toward other human being, trust no one. Truly remarkable movie, I was really shocked by it. Much closer to reality than all those warm, good neighbors, patriotic crap that is made in Russian mainstream movies and TV shows.
