You really feel for poor Chandra in her struggle to save her family in spite of all the fear mongering neighbors and extented relatives. She is an amazing actress and I hope to see more of her in the future. Ester's character was also so sad as she tries to survive on her own. This was a beautiful movie.
shareI am not a fan of children in movies because they are usually overly cute and act like little adults. But his movie is different. The young lady and her friend both were relentless and both were the bravest two characters I have seen a movie in a long time. Even the little brother and sister acted like like little brother and sisters should, not like you see in most movies. But their anguish and confusion they were able to convey without being obvious.
shareI loved this movie. The acting is amazing - better than typical movie fare these days. This movie is all about love, and is a culturally enriching experience. If I had teens, it would be a family movie night selection.
