Dictator Aladeen changes most of the Wadiyan dictionary words to 'Aladeen', including the words 'Positive' and 'Negative' causing mass confusion.

Doctor: Do you want Aladeen news or Aladeen news?

Patient: Aladeen news

Doctor: You are HIV Aladeen

And the patient's expressions are priceless. I literally died laughing.

Same here! That whole word-change setup seemed so stupid but paid off for that scene alone lol.

Also LOL'd at "WHERE ARE THE REBELS HIDING!" while fist deep in woman giving birth :))
