Why was the main character communicating in English with other citizens?
Someone please explain to me the different languages that are been used in the film and why
Cause its international!!!
That's because Singapore has 4 oficial languages: English, Malayan, Mandarin and Tamil, the language that the main caracter speaks is Mandarim, but because of the several languages the country has, he's speaking english so that the computer techinician and the other caracters can understand him ( most likely because they only speak Malayan and english)
