Why video tapes?
The footage was being shot on a small camera which must have used a memory card so why were the police watching the footage on vhs tapes? Did I miss something?
shareThe camera had been tossed into the river and was damaged. The police techs restored the footage. why to VHS and not CD and why the decades old VHS player I don't know. At first I thought it was to say this was set 30 years ago but no since Chase had an up to date camcorder.
How the camera was recovered I don't know.
