A well-to-do woman is being stalked by a stranger. Once you find out what's going on, the movie falls apart with every passing scene, all the way to the very end. It becomes so ridiculous that I wondered if I could finish it. Writer had no idea how to end it, so he took a quick way out and left everything unresolved. Don't waste your time.
shareSo I agree with most of what you said but it isn’t unresolved. The very end is actually more interesting because she leaves everything behind yet again. Instead of facing her past and owning up to it, she just leaves. It’s not a great resolution but a realistic one.

Absolutely, agree 100%. That could be said about Funny Games, The Strangers, or any movie where a home is broken into and the homeowners, due to not being armed, are left extremely vulnerable.

This is a movie... if we are in the real world and the intruders are aware that there are probably guns in the house, they of course would be prepaired for such a situation and bring their own weapons... Which might as well end up with the recidents of the house being shot than the intruders...
If we compaire the situations in films such as The Strays and other mentioned films as The Strangers and Funny Games... you could argue that just being shot would be better the being tortured and still ending up dead... but remember these are films most times people break into house to steal not torture and kill... so just getting more guns out in the world because you have seen a couple of films seems like a terrible solution...
All evidence proves that more guns means more people a shot and killed by guns (and it is often not the criminals who end up on the wrong end of the bullet)
