i mean if this story happens at New York And Moscow will Steven Seagal be the NY Detective and Dolph Lundgren be the Russian Detective right or wrong?

The setting has been changed to Bangkok instead of Moscow since Tony Jaa has been attached, and Steven Seagal never agreed to this, it was just an early cast suggestion.
