Are there any international films from them that are decent?

The last time I watched an English film directed by a Thai was that POS Ecks V Sever.

The OP is referring to English films directed by Thai directors. Films like Ong Bak 1, 2 and 3, Warrior King and Born to Fight are all Thai films, with Thai stars and in Thai with English sub titles (or badly dubbed.)
