even more garbage from SyFy

this was just awful.....i am so tired of these incredibly low grade produced in canada crap-fests.....in this case cheap does mean cheap......a pound of dirt is cheaper than a pound of gold for a reason.

I usually find something to enjoy in those SyFy and Chiller films. But, I had to turn this one off. The whole idea of the premonitions telling him exactly what to do next made it intolerable.

I gotta admit, this one was pretty terrible with few redeeming qualities. The only thing that got me to the end was whenever I got pissed enough to turn it, Jewel Staite would pop up and keep my interest for another five minutes.

Yep, SyFy has shown some terrible movies... but this was not one of them. I just watched it, and found it quite entertaining.

Just remember it's made for TV on a very low budget. Quite a challenge for a SF movie.

When SyFy has shown a movie you can just wait for the bad comments telling how terrible all SyFy movies are. When you know that upfront, don't watch SyFy movies. You don't have to be a rocket engineer to figure out it is just not your thing.

In Canada, these things show up on The Movie Network, because we don't have SyFy. There's no warning that you're about to watch something like this, so you don't find out until you've spent some time watching it already.

Low-budget doesn't have to mean crap. I've seen a few low-budget SF films that were top-notch.

The first thing a producer or director should do when making a low-budget film is admit it, and don't even try to show scenes of mass destruction that look worse than any desktop PC could have made in 1999.

The second thing is to make sure the writers are really good, because it's going to depend on good character and good dialogue. Most of all it needs a believable plot. That means no magic stick, and no lies about the galactic plane.

After sitting through the snorefest of Contagion, this was actually refreshing. A bit cheezy and the usual dumb ending, but it's not all that bad. At least it's constantly moving.

I really enjoy this movie alot yes it had a few lame part but the story was very well written and so was the acting Jewel Statie did another amazing job for the part she played and this movie was a hell of alot better than the crap that's playing in theaters now .I wouldn't buy it no but I did enjoy the movie .

It's not good, but it's also not that bad. The SyFy movies that I've previously seen have been pretty *beep* but this one was bearable. Although quite ridiculous, I still wanted to see how the movie ended. I giggled when the Easter Island statues started glowing and started blasting the black hole, that was just way over the top. All in all, I'd say it's watchable if you don't have anything else to watch (which I did, but at first I thought this was some sort of prequel to Doomsday from 2008 hahaha).
