"Hastings" the jerk who walked in late in the student debate. (SPOILERS)

When the students were having the debate about the death penalty, Hastings just waltzes in and starts talking crap, he tried to outsmart the Chinese dude and when the Chinese dude came back at him with a good point, Hastings then humiliates Carley with the "that's what i'm saying, get them up out of here" comment - she made a good point and is clearly smart and is taking the debate seriously, and just because no one takes Hastings seriously, he then has to try and degrade a fellow student by basically saying that what she said wasn't that great an argument, there was a bit of sexism in his attitude.
