What Dre should have done (SPOILERS)

SPOILERS.

The moment Kevin pulled that crap with the gun threatening two people and demanding to give him their purse, Dre should have walked up to Kevin, punched him in the face and snatched the gun off of him. Simple! Dre could have whooped Kevin's a**, i don't condone violence, but a slap in the face as a distraction to take a gun off of someone would have prevented that poor girl from being shot in the face.
