Feels like a Big Failure

I wasn't aware of this film, saw it on cable this week. I'm not sure what the expectations were for 'Rampart', but its pretty obvious this product fell short on all counts. This is not a good film.

It starts with the casting of Woody Harrelson. He can be quite good in certain roles, but he's just too old for this part and these types of roles.

There is potential for a good film about a sociopathic cop who goes too far, but this isn't it.
