What is the name of the owner of the 'Pawn till Dawn' pawn shop?

The old guy who runs the pawn shop in the movie was also in Jason Eiseners contribution to "The ABCs of Death", "Y for Young Buck". He plays the creepy janitor of the school.

I couldn't find his name in the list of credits for Hobo with a Shotgun, and I couldn't find a list of credits for The ABCs of Death at all.

Anyone know who this actor is?
