Idiot Middle Baggage

I'll start by saying maybe it's needed to actually get on the show, but I hate it when a contestant gets voted off during the Middle Baggage part, and his or her backstory/explanation of it was either misleading or exaggerated.

For example, "I pick up road kill". If I recall , this one got voted off, and her explanation was that 'one time she inspected a dead possum and rescued/raised a baby for 2 years. So it happened once, she doesn't in fact pick up road kill , she inspected it once and saved an animal.

Why would you make it sound like it's a constant and reoccurring thing?
Again, maybe it ends up having to be in order for it to count as baggage and make it onto the show, but how stupid do you feel when you're voted off for your misleading Middle Baggage.

Usually it turns out to be a one time event and happened a long time ago.
