I mean if GRAVE ENCOUNTERS and ATROCIOUS were given limited release, I don´t see why not this film, the trailer looks on the same level as the above mention films.

According to their facebook webpage "Evidence" will open in Early 2012, I hope that happens!
If any guys related to the film reads this, please confirm it

and ATROCIOUS and GRAVE ENCOUNTERS were both pretty lame. let's hope this one is as good as the trailer looks! :)

I haven't seen the two movies you mentioned but EVIDENCE is definitely NOT theatrical material. Just saw it and was disappointed.
