I gave this a 3/10. It did not even entertain the children in the theatre I was in. At least 3 young boys seemed to be playing a game of tag in the last 30 minutes. This is the lowest form of kids movie, it sucked.

If the producers or the studio can "arrange" having more than 200 people casting a vote of #10, you can easily keep a bad movie in the "average rating" zone until the tickets and BD/DVD sales get exhausted.
The real problem is that IMDB has not implemented a measure against this fraud. But I guess it is because they need someone paying for all the advertising...

Lately it seems to have become a reflex to blame the ratings on paid votes. If a crappy movie with a two-digit number of voters gets a 7 or more it is quite obvious the production crew, friends and family gave it a high rating. But lately everyone who can't grasp that he might belong to a minority cries out "fraud!".
