So tallulah meets niko at the park again, im confused to why they act like they dont know each other?! does niko have a mental illness or something

She is revisiting the places she spent with Nico with the baby. The scene of them talking is a flashback.

I came here wanting to know the answer to that question myself however when did he show up for real? Was it not until the hospital then?

Lol I have to admit I rewound that part too. at first I thought she was playing some kind of game, like getting them to re-introduce themselves as if it was the first time they had met. But when they did a wider shot and I didn't see the baby with her anymore...I was like ooooh this is a flashback of how they met haha.
