Have they ever mentioned the name of the school?

No; their house is called Anubis House, but there is also Isis House, and they may have mentioned other houses, too. I don't really think they've ever mentioned the name of the school; at least I haven't been able to find it anywhere...

Some have said the name of the school is a mystery. The names vary from Ra Academy Boarding School, Creedy Towers/tallows (comes from Season 1 episode House of Intruders/House of Proof.) and Amun Boarding School (I think that one is from tumblr)

I've been rewatching the entire series on DVD (halfway through season two at this point) and yes, it seems that the name of the school is never mentioned. Too bad they didn't tell the name in the final episode (or in "Touchstone of Ra") to solve that little mystery for fans.

I'm just pretty disappointed they couldn't do a season 4. They could have definitely managed a season 4 if they hadn't filmed Touchstone of Ra. Nevertheless I'll always be curious about the name of the school. Ever thought of asking the actors? Who knows if they know ;)

TeenNick revealed on their website in a quiz "Do you speak Anubis?" the title of the school for this show. It's titled. "Amun boarding school".
