Season 1 + 2 compulsive viewing!

Just binge watched seasons 1 and 2 of The Killing and totally loved it! Holder was such a cool cop with his street savvy slang! LOL! I thought it was real-to-life in the sense that homicide cases can and do take a lot of time to solve and there's so many that end up as cold cases. So it's not unreasonable that two seasons were devoted to a single case. I loved how it went from one line of inquiry to another and through a process of elimination various persons of interest were subsequently excluded. It showed just how complicated such investigations can get--what to do and not to do--let alone all the baggage each character carries with them, especially the leading cops, Linden and Holder, throughout the journey.
