Wow linden is a real btch

I would seriously punch her in the mouth if she was that btchy all the time. She's a complete cnt to Holder in EVERY scene. He's usually trying to be a nice guy and she just constantly btches and moans and is as rude as she can be.
IE when Jack called Holder for instructions on whether to boil or fry hotdogs, she doesn't simply accept that she's a dead beat mom who DID NOT answer her phone, she goes on and on how Jack called 'the vegetarian'... His response was FINALLY the correct one though. 'I answered my phone'.

More episodes in and she still hasn't changed. I get that she's not supposed to be perfect, but she's just a mouthy cnt who would get the back of someones hand really quickly.
I find it really odd considering that she thinks Holder has such a nasty mouth... Yeah he lacks tact, and IS mouthy but she's certainly no better then him.

She has inner emotional turmoil. When she was rude about the hotdogs it was BECAUSE she accepted she was a deadbeat mum and it upset her.she was pissed at herself and took it out on Holder.

I love them both. Linden has some cracking facial expressions.

I wouldn't exactly call her a "bitch", but she had some deep personal issues and she often took her frustrations out on Holder.

Agreed....It seems like this last year with Netflix (I watched the first three years ago and just now am watching the last season)they decided to crash and burn the whole thing...lol...

Both cops goes off the rails big time and with people like them, especially addicts secrets kill. And Linden is,while always an anti hero, she really became a raving lunatic...lol...not easy t lime or appreciate.

Of course this stuff is fantasy. Things don't work like this in schools, police stations and life....but while I loved this series the last year got a bit nuts....especially her, although her partner Steven is right next door.

I found her more and more annoying as as I watched the first two seasons. I know she's a flawed character, but usually flawed characters have something likeable about them, something that draws you to them. Or the character grows over time and you begin to like them. Or something is revealed about their past that makes you understand and empathize.

It doesn't look like that happens with her. I may just skip the last two seasons.

The OP has it right & then some. She is one pushy, controlling bitch.
