Chuck

Who here besides me felt really bad for Chuck? And why do I get the sense that Kate hated him? Does it have something to do with Chuck being the one who ACCIDENTALLY killed the old lady?

I felt bad for him because it was almost like he was the outcast of the group. I was really hoping he wouldn't die.

Chuck was the short dorky guy and the last guy left alive right?

reply

Yep. Dorky. Gay. Was obvious from the start.

reply

Do you mean literally gay (as in, a homo)? If so, how does the movie support that conclusion? (The reason I'm asking is because I saw the film and it never occured to me that he was gay).

reply

Towards the end when he left a message to his father he mentioned something about him and another dude hooking up. Though I could have misinterpreted.

reply

I think that was in reference to a dirty family secret, someone (a relative perhaps) who molested him or something. I'll have to see it again and watch that particular scene more closely to be sure.

reply

I'll save you the trouble. Yeah, he said a cousin (male) felt him up.

reply

Thanks for the confirmation.

reply

Ah thanks for clarifying. That makes more sense now.

reply

I found him really annoying in the beginning to really endearing towards the end (even if he hadnt been the last to survive.) And also... kind of cute! ;)

Terrible film, though. If I would have known it was made by SyFy, I would have just waited for it to air on its lousy own network.
