Regarding the bail out of jail

Just something that stood out to me.. Having done jail and prison time myself, I know firsthand that you can't bail out of jail after being sent back on a condition of parole. If you fail a UA (urine analysis) and your PO decides to send you back, which often times they won't for a first failure, then you can't simply bail yourself out. You will be sent back to finish your original sentence that you were paroled out on or a similar predetermined length of time. SORRY just something that totally through me out of the movie. That and the dog inside the jail, wtf???

Yep, just shows how weak of an effort went into making this insanely silly movie.

actually all he would get is a TPV (Technical Probation Violation)most of the time they would simply put you into an outpatient rehab for a first time failure

I could be wrong but I think potentially the police and indeed the criminal system may have seen him as not an actual threat to society, it's not like he killed someone (though I know that the US system does so love to stamp on people for smoking pot), they may have considered that instead of wasting tax payers money on keeping him locked up to let him try and get his life back together, he was not someone with criminal intentions, just someone who could not entirely understand why his actions were not appropriate and needed help.

They would never allow a dog inside the prison apart maybe from a blind guiding dog for some visiting VIP or politican.

Also I was wandering, whether a violation of your parole, like smoking pot, is the 2nd strike in the awful 3 strike system, some states have.
