A Question Never Addressed

Rittenhouse Square is the swankiest address in Philadelphia. It is never explained how the young man can afford to live in the same zip code as a CEO of a very successful business. At some point, the young man's female friend googles the businessman and discovers that he is quite a socialite (it's strange the young man never thought to do this himself, but he could be like me and is squeamish about doing such things. It feels a bit like a violation of privacy to me, somehow). The young man seems to be a freelance writer or something. Now, it is possible that the young man has a trust fund that allows him to live in Rittenhouse Square, or that he has very rich parents who foot his living expenses. Both scenarios are entirely plausible, but the movie never explains how he is able to afford to live in such an expensive zip code.
