How on earth can "Where's the Fair Use?" count as an episode?

I agree about the fair use one. It feels more like a rant than anything else, and its main purpose is NOT to entertain the fans.

Doug's intention with that video was to make us sympathize with him, rather than make us laugh.

Nobody complained about him making 'Holiday *beep* when that was just a music-video.

Yeah, but at least in that episode the humor was quite obvious.

As I said in my other post, in the WTFU video it was just Doug (and other two internet reviewers) complaining about their videos being taken from YouTube.

Yeah, that's a serious problem that affects their career, which is making videos. How about you put up with this one 'not an episode' video so we can continue to get actual episodes in the future?
