an unrealistic story

I agree with one of the reviewers that it is not a realistic film. It
was written by a woman thus the lack of reality about the life of a gay
guy. All the attention by girls inclines me to think that the female
writer is a "fruit fly." It's wishful thinking. It's been about 30
years since I was last in Iceland, but I wonder if it has become so
dysfunctional as shown in various Icelandic films.

Unrealistic in what way? I've never been to Iceland, but I think those issues are pretty much universal for teenagers. I just thought that this movie could've used a major re-write. See my other post.

Sister, when I've raised hell, you'll know it!

Oh yeah, who would think a teenager would not kiss a girl and a boy, or in some way or another, one moment or other feel some kind of attraction being it of sexual and/or emotional nature towards both sexes... Noooooooo, that cannot be - only to people like you -: everything is black and white, gay or straight... I bet you think those concepts have existed since the dawn of mankind! Mein Gott!
