That was the best 3.9 I've seen!

Even though I don't think I've seen another low scoring one(yeah probably Batman and Robin)
I saw it on tv in 3D and the scenery looked gorgeous earlier on, the sharks n stuff coming towards you throughout was fun. The actors couldn't act and the effects were dodgy but the redknecks saved it in the end. Always good to see Donal Logue who played a great sheriff.
If you got 80 minutes to waste and in 3D, you can't go wrong.
And Katharine McPhee was a babe. I'm almost tempted to watch Smash to see more of her.

I was hoping to see this fun, babe-loaded and still fairly toothy PG-13 shark thriller in 3D...but much of Blu-ray region A did not get a 3D release on video. Still a hoot, but it'd be hootier still with the extra dimension of fun. In theory, the Australian--supposedly region free--or region A Hong Kong Blu-rays would do the job, with associated steep premiums for my pleasure. But with the costs involved, not sure I'd risk a non-playing, or edited edition of the movie.

I know! Not a 'great' movie but nowhere near as bad as people make it out to be. I'd say it deserves at least a 5.4...

I gave it a 5. It wasn't TOO terrible but it wasn't that honest with itself. I mean come on, you could tell it wanted to be rated R. Not to mention it was a bit creative with the 'grand scheme' but still...
