There are many countries in the world where they wouldn't care and won't cooperate with foreign investigations. Simply host the video there.
Second, with the level special effects are currently at, it'd be really hard to tell if a snuff film really contains footage of an actual death. Even if you can tell it's a real death, it'd be hard to prove it's the result of a murder.
It's not like porn where you're legally required to have documentation of the ages and identity of the actors you use.
Movies/TV/video are about image and not reality. For example, Ron Popeil's hair in a spray can. He's sold millions of cans, but only one per person. Why? Because the product is a repackaged product used by the entertainment industry used to cover up bald spots on actors. It looks great on camera. In real life it just looks like you have crap on your head.
Third, there's not a lot of evidence left even if there were to be an investigation after you've feed it to the sharks. They tend to digest everything.
My best guess is you could probably get away with it. Especially if you filmed it in such as way that your victims were not easily identified. No face or tattoo shots.
