... and one of the lawyers is too stupid to object, the judge would simply not give a s**t ?? Is this how justice is made in USA ? :)

Usually, if a piece of evidence is admissable or not SHOULD be obvious :))) its not brain surgery or a super secret lawyering solution that NOBODY would otherwise notice :D a judge can't accept everythinng from a lawyer just because the other one doesn't object. This proves just how low the writers of this show have become...

Not only in USA. Unless it's clearly unadmissible because it's obvious, the judge only reacts to the actions of the lawyers of both parts. The laywer not only not objected, he accepted it, so the judge has nothing else to do.
