Anime vs Movie (the girls)

To me, Chizu from the movie is overwhelmingly cuter and more attractive than other female actresses. Not just her looks, but her character too. Something I would never say about Chizuru from anime.
She just has that relaxed atmosphere around her, the way she dresses, her overly-honest mannerism, her ears showing through her hair and her face are just beautiful. She seems like she would be really fun to be with.

As for others, Sawako seems too plain with nothing special about her, while Yano perhaps wears too much make-up, but still looks better than Kurumi.

I'm a westerner, specifically from Croatia (southern Europe), 23y old male, and I was hoping to hear perspective from others, especially from native Japanese; to see how our opinions differ and in what way.
