Music to kill to.

It's been asked before, but do you listen to music while playing? I do and I find that most times I actually ignore it, until I get to that special zone where I'm letting the hate and anger focus me. I find I ignore it mostly because I wear a headset and the music is playing off my iPod Dock.

Here arw the bands on it, if you want the song titles that will have to be another post.

Arch Enemy, Atreyu, Cannibal Corpse, Children of Bodom, Dethklok, Dimmu Borgir, Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Metallica, Protest The Hero, Rammstein, Transplants, Trivium. Once in a while I'll add The Exploited, Dead Kennedys and Bad Religion to the playlist. I should put them on a thumb drive and play them off my Xbox though.

Don't really listen to music while playing shooters or RPGs etc. Only really give my music a spin during racing/driving games since the majority of "music" the devs include is ear-bleeding, haemorrhage-inducing garbage.

Also, you missed Tool off your list.

The bad ones always seem to get stuck.

yeah, I googled "gayest music ever" I don't listen to music while I play. I have it hooked through surround sound so I can hear what's going on where. Although BlackOps makes it difficult because without Ninja your own footsteps sound like someone coming up behind you.

Elton John under gayest music ever, you sir need to branch out, yeah hes gay but in no way is his music.

Also i can say i proudly kill to George Michael's Careless Whisper playing in the background and I have no problem saying i actually like that song.

My list of "Gayest" music has nothing to do with my personal taste. The whole list came from a google search. he did however pop up on several list, so you may be in the minority. Like video games though, they have a variety because taste differ greatly. None better than the other, just different.

Don't cha just hate it when some a-hole is blasting rap thru their mic.......thank gawd for the mute button!

I hate mic spammers in general, I don't care what they're spamming, they're geting muted. I don't mind rap, I grew up with a mix of metal, rap and punk, although I wasn't a fan of most nümetal groups.

Apparently people don't know how to multi-task while playing this game.

Almost everyone says they can't play Black Ops or any CoD with music in the background because of their headset.

I would like to put my allegiance to the side where i can play just fine with music playing and keep my focus on the game, and I like most everyone else use turtle beach and have the surround sound etc. etc. etc. yet i don't feel like im at a crutch while playing. Just give it a try especially when you just want to relax.

For me it has nothing to do with multi tasking or anything like it. I don't like music when I'm playing a game like this, that's why I mute anybody that has music playing that I can hear. I don't use a headset, just my surround sound system. I don't want anything but the sound of the game and a team that talks game. for the most part, a little side bar doesn't hurt. Just don't clog the mic.

The cruxshadows: citadel and winterborn. Rolling Stones: paint it black. Shinedown: diamond eyes and sound of madness.... just to name a few. and alot of ac/dc. highly recommend all of these
