Seriously that guy is like the worst actor ever, cuba was good once but why would he want to ruin his career even more by teaming up with slater.
The review about slater smirking at the screen is pretty much a review on every film he has done tbh.
Well i will be taking the review advice and will not be spending a penny on this.
He has teamed up with Slater recently in Lies and Illusions from what I heard is that him and Cuba became good friends and liked working together
shareThe thing is,Slater is out of options...but he is good. He was brilliant in True Romance and flicks like Broken arrow,Windtalkers and Bobby etc...not masterpieces but good movies. WHY is a piece of garbage actor like Charlie Sheen allowed to screw up his personal wife,beat up and lock up hookers and girlfriends,do drugs...and he becomes a close to billionaire thanks to it.Slater screws up and Hollywood condemns him.
He has talent but along with Armand assante and Sean Bean etc...a few bad careerchoices leads to the end of their careers.You should ask yourself how Keaunu Reeeves,Orlando Bloom or Nicolas Cage gets leading roles in blockbusters instead.
Because Sheen is WINNING!

I completely agree 110% with your post. I have always liked Christian Slater, as an actor, not his looks. His performances in "Robin Hood Prince of Thieves", "True Romance", "Broken Arrow" and even "Untamed Heart" are among my favorites of his. I don't understand all the hate.
I rarely care about their personal lives. I see an actor as an actor and that's it. Their private affairs mean nothing to me. I just got "Sacrifice" from Redbox and very much look forward to seeing it. Both Slater and Cuba Gooding Jr are great actors. I'm also a fan of Kim Coates.

I like Slater, Gooding Jr, and Coates but this movie was pretty mediocre.
shareYeah i agree, though i wasn't expecting a big blockbuster or anything. The actors were good and made the best of what they had, but the story/script was bland. There's not much to work with when the story sucks.
